Service Description

This is the next step after your initial consultation. During this session, we will dive deeper into some of the things that came up during our consult. This is meant to be a safe space, where you can share freely without judgement. Please allow for any emotion to surface and release as this is part of the energy work happening during our session. Any follow up questions are meant for deeper understanding on how to best support you moving forward. After this session, you will receive an email detailing any and all information that came up during the consult, including and not limited to, mantras, affirmations, worksheets, self care practices, journaling prompts, sacred rituals, videos, playlists, healing techniques, and any other tangible steps specifically tailored for you to start implementing into your day to day life.
